New Years Eve Outfit Inspo with STYLEanthropy

Ringing in the new year is one of my favorite times because it's a fresh start, but also a time to reflect on the past year. I love to take a look back at all the fun travels we did and what goals I accomplished. Some of my 2017 highlights were traveling to New York City, Denver, Chicago, Vegas, Austin, Knoxville and Fort Myers. We celebrated lots of friends getting married and our 1st anniversary with a trip to Cancun! My husband opened his own autograph store in Regent Square. My little brother graduated from The University of Tennessee. I met so many new friends and Pittsburgh bloggers in the community! I had the opportunity to collaborate with some of my all time favorite brands like DIFF Eyewear, Marleylilly and Prep Obsessed! And so much more. I am so thankful for all of the opportunities I've been given and cannot wait to see what 2018 brings!

New Years Eve fashion is so glamorous and over the top, which I absolutely love! Today I am collaborating with Cris from STYLEanthropy to show you a confetti sweater styled a few different ways for NYE! Cris is a Fashion and Lifestyle Blogger from Pittsburgh and has fabulous STYLE! She is one of the many Pittsburgh bloggers I met this past year and she is such a sweetheart!

The metallic confetti sweater we are styling is from a local boutique called Flawless Darling! Cris styled her sweater with a beautiful black tulle skirt and booties! I love how she added in beads and the NYE headband for the full effect. Her outfit is perfect to wear to dinner and drinks on NYE, but still comfy if you are at a friends house to watch the ball drop.

For my New Years Eve look I paired my confetti sweater with leather leggings and black booties. Warmth is also a factor here since I know it will be freezing in Pittsburgh. This sweater is thick so it will definitely keep you warm! The leather adds in some NYE glam, but they are also so comfy. My favorite part of this sweater is how the metallic threads reflect light. It is SO PRETTY in person. I mean you literally look like the NYE ball in Times Square!

I hope you all have a happy and safe New Year! Make sure to follow Cris and Flawless Darling Boutique on Instagram!
