Spring Finds

As it's 20 degrees now when I'm writing this, I am desperately dreaming of warmer weather! I love when the boutiques start to put out all their spring stuff. Although I typically wear color all year round it's fun to see ALL the color make an appearance this time of year, like brights and pastels. Leopard Sunnies - I love a good cat eye and the leopard really makes these pop!

Colorful Stacked Bracelets - These are so fun to wear everyday! I love the rainbow colors and how they're a double band.

Pixi Lip Icing - GUYS. I just recently bought this shade in the color Cookie and let me tell you the shimmer on this is so amazing! I found this in my screenshots on my phone and obviously needed to try it. The perfect shade for daily wear!

Color Block Maxi - From one of my favorite boutiques, Red Dress! They always are my go to for vacation shopping and this dress screams I am going on vaca. I love the color blocking! *Photo listed is from RedDress.com*

Leopard Sneaker - These little shoes are on sale for $50 right now! They add the perfect flair to any spring outfit. I always pair my leopard shoes with a plain top!

Blue Long Sleeve Top- Another great staple for Spring especially while it's still chilly. This blue color is so pretty!

So when did we go straight from Fall to Winter? I feel like the last few weeks the temps have significantly dropped in Pittsburgh and I'm pulling out all the thick sweaters to combat it. It makes me miss the warm Florida weather and I styled these beautiful earrings from TrendingAbove on the beach.

I'm a big earring person because they add that extra glam to any outfit. Especially these Spike Earrings that you can wear with anything! They are the perfect everyday studs, and they would be so pretty over the holiday season as well! We have a wedding this weekend, so I definitely want to bring them to wear with my dress. The best part is they come in a few different colors like soft blue, pink, crystal, and black. These earrings would also make the perfect bridesmaid gift for your wedding! They would go perfect with any dress, and will definitely be shown off in an updo.

I love bracelets that are easy to stack with others for the perfect arm party look! So it was super fun to style their Staci Bangle with a few other bracelets I had. This bangle is beautiful and would also be pretty with any holiday look. The crystals are gorgeous!

The House of Gentry

Can you guys believe that it's already August?! I mean seriously how is the summer going by this quickly? This past weekend I visited my little brother in DC, and I hadn't been there since my 8th grade trip. It was definitely so cool to revisit monuments and spend time with the fam. I am traveling a ton this month. I'm off to Ohio this weekend for a wedding! Taylor Swift comes to the burgh on Tuesday, and then next weekend I'm going to Waco with my Mom and sister to see Chip and Joanna's Magnolia Market. At the end of the month we're off to Florida for labor day weekend! Lots of trips means lots of packing and I love having a couple of staple items to take with me place to place.

I styled a navy open back maxi dress and a mermaid graphic tee. Both perfect to pack for all my upcoming trips! Taco Tuesday

Happy Taco Tuesday friends! It never fails that Jonathan and I eat Mexican food on Tuesdays. Also, for those of you that live near a Mad Mex I saw they are serving Watermelon Margaritas for a limited time! 

I live in graphic tees over the summertime because you can easily pair them with jeans or shorts. Happy June loves! Last Friday I turned 26 so I spent the weekend celebrating with family and friends. Whenever my birthday roles around I can't believe it's already almost the official start of summer! Cool summer nights are the best when you can wear a light jacket or long sleeve top with shorts. Also with the air conditioning blasting at work, long sleeves are a must!

So these pieces I styled from Kaceclosed Boutique are perfect to wear throughout the summertime too! First off, this pearl jean jacket... I mean it's beyond perfect! I'm wearing a medium and it's meant to be oversized. The pearl detailing is something that catches everyone's attention. It adds the perfect statement to any outfit! The best part is it's under $50!!

The long sleeve gray top I paired underneath has a belle tie sleeve! I've never seen something a top like it. It's so simple, but chic! The tie sleeves definitely add some extra flair. Viva Collective

Guys how is the month of May almost over? I mean seriously 2018 is flying by. I'm excited for next month because I turn 26 and we celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary! I feel like May has been super busy and every weekend I'm either driving to Columbus or Cleveland. For memorial day my college roommates and I are all traveling to Las Vegas for one of our bestie's Bachelorette parties! So I'm impatiently waiting for the weekend to get here.

In other news, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the cutest boutique Viva Collective! I've followed the owner Stephanie on Instagram for almost a year now and she is the sweetest! We connected because she is from Pittsburgh but currently lives in Texas as a military wife. Her boutique is filled with chic items that are perfect for traveling! How many of you truly stress when you have a trip planned and don't know what to wear? I literally online shop weeks and weeks in advance just to get the outfits planned out right!

The first item I styled was this Fur Mama graphic tee. I mean you guys know how beyond obsessed I am with Remi, so how could I not?! This tee was super soft and comfy for the perfect weekend look. I loved the way it looked with ripped jeans and booties. And yes, I have a Remi purse to match! Right now it's on sale for $20 so definitely go grab one for you and all your fur mama friends!

Next, I styled this feminine chambray top that has the cutest ruffle hem! I love that I can wear this top to work but just as easily wear it to brunch with the girls. So we went from beautiful weather last weekend, to snow on and off this week! I still haven't switched my closet because it's been so unpredictable. Just dreaming of springtime and hoping it gets here soon!

I obviously love making a statement through my outfits but especially with jewelry! You will most definitely always see me rocking a huge pair of statement earrings. That's why I had a blast styling these jewels from Kay K Couture Jewelry!

These turquoise beaded statement earrings add the perfect pop of color to any outfit! Here I paired them with a dress and a leather jacket.
