Pearl Obsessed

Pearls are the ultimate statement piece and a must for any closet. Prep Obsessed has two pearl necklaces the Grace & Molly that can be worn so many different ways to instantly prep up your look.

The Molly necklace has fun baubles that remind me of Elle Woods. So here I paired it with jeans and a graphic tee to keep it casual. I love how feminine and timeless this necklace is. Pearls are always in style so you can keep them in rotation all year round for years to come! The Molly necklace would also be super cute for a wedding with a pretty cocktail dress or for all those holiday dinners which will be right around the corner soon (eek!) 

The Grace necklace has beautiful layers like most traditional pearls. Very Audrey Hepburn! I wore this necklace to a really fancy wedding in Chicago and it went perfectly with my black lace dress for that classic look. Here I've paired it with an off the shoulder pink romper, leopard clutch and sunnies. I also completed this outfit with a cute pair of tortoise shell pineapple earrings! Earrings are one of my favorite ways to show off your personality! You can tell a lot about someone just by what kind of accessories they are wearing. Remi even tried on my pearls! 

Prep Obsessed is one of my favorite shops because they have so many unique items to choose from. I LOVE watching their mystery mailer videos on Facebook. Fall Transitions

As summer comes to an end it's nice to look for pieces that transition nicely into fall. Rosegal has some summer dresses on sale that are perfect to incorporate into your fall wardrobe!

Fall Floral Romper

It's officially August! That means we're already starting to see Halloween decor at all the stores along with fall fashion on the shelves. Soon it means Pumpkin EVERYTHING! I don't mind, but sometimes I feel like stores rush you through holidays. You can't even enjoy the one you're in because they already have the next two holidays out! 

Anyways, I've started to look for transitional pieces for fall to add into my wardrobe. I mean how ADORABLE is this grey floral romper from Gracie Lane Boutique?! The first absolute win about this romper is that it has quarter length sleeves, which makes it perfect for August and September! It also mixes in neutrals with color which I'm all about. I definitely have a very colorful wardrobe.  

Here I've paired it with booties, tassel earrings & a leopard clutch. In the fall I would do close toed short booties and an open knit cardigan! This romper is super comfy and perfect for weekend shopping or a date night. I'm wearing a size Medium for reference. Country Club Wedding

We picked a venue! Finally after a few weeks of searching we found a venue that we both fell in love with. Scioto Reserve Country Club is about 15 minutes away from where I grew up. Upon arrival guests will be greeted with a personalized wedding sign with our names on it.

Since we will be having our ceremony & reception in the same place I absolutely loved the outdoor space. The backdrop is a beautiful waterfall & it also overlooks the golf course. Although if it does rain (pray for me...) the indoor option is just as beautiful!

The bride & groom's rooms are to die for. The groom's room is equipped with a pool & poker table to keep the boys occupied while the girls get all dolled up. They also have my favorite & oh so fabulous chiavari chairs.

The venue also offers an in house DJ to choose from, along with various cake options. Obviously I love the monogram style! 

I can't believe we are getting married next June. Stay tuned for updates! 

Lilly for Target

Eek tomorrow is the Lilly for Target launch! I may or may not be planning to door storm Target at 8am.. I've already made a list of my must haves. Below are some of my top picks!

For the clothing I obviously love the classic shift dresses. The prints are so fun and exclusive to the Target collection! I'm also excited about how reasonable all the prices are, I mean that printed bag is only $15.00. Perfect for summer days at the beach or pool. The pink swim suit is so adorable, plus the bottoms are high waisted.

Some of my all time favorites include the home items! I mean I think every girl could use a Lilly pillow, am I right?! The stackable coffee cups would look so perfect next to a Keurig.
